Burduful de la Ferma cu Omenie has won the ROAliment – Gustul Ales award for three consecutive years, prizes won in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Another award that makes us happy is for MINIBranza de burduf with a mild taste. We practically have 4 portions of cheese in a single MiniBurduf, which can be consumed independently of each other. You can consume one, two or as many balls of burduf as you need at a meal, and what remains is kept just as fresh in the refrigerator. The jury appreciated the fact that it does not dry out, does not oxidize, which is why the product was awarded the special prize for preventing food waste, a subject so hot worldwide.
