Caș is a product that typically appears on the market with the first flowers of spring. Our own factory and farm, located in the same yard, allow us to produce fresh caș all year round.
The production process of fresh cow caș “De la Ferma” is very simple and carefully executed, starting with the fresh milk provided by our carefully tended cows on the farm and extending to the way it is cut.
Fresh caș De la ferma cu omenie has a milky taste, with a little salt, perfect for consumption as is in sandwiches, salads. It can be gratinéed on pizza and pasta, transformed into a slice of breaded caș, or kneaded with a little salt and turned into burduf cheese. It all depends on your preferences! It pairs wonderfully with all raw vegetables: radishes, green onions, spinach, and wild garlic.
