Zarea Diamond Collection is a premium experience offered to refined consumers who appreciate the sophisticated taste of a sparkling wine obtained through the Traditional Method of Fermentation in the bottle. Only 6% of the wines sold in Romania are produced by the Traditional Method. Zarea Diamon Collection Brut has a clear and bright straw-yellow color, with a fine and abundant perlage and a complex aromatic palette, intensely floral, fruity and subtly mineral. Zarea Diamond Collection Brut is a friendly wine, with a distinct but still velvety acidity and a long and citric aftertaste after swallowing.

Serving recommendations

It is consumed at a temperature of 9-10°C in flute glasses (premium, of the type that narrows at the mouth) or tulip-shaped white wine glasses. Decanting or aeration is not recommended.
