Sutcha
Sezamo's own brand for beef

What makes the difference when you choose a steak
For Saturday's barbecue, or the evenings you get out the cast-iron pan and turn dinner into a little ritual.
The origin is stated on every product
Argentinian beef or grass-fed Irish beef. You can see right in the name where the cut you choose comes from.
Wet-aged for at least 30 days
For the Irish beef. For the Argentinian beef, the cattle are grain-fed for up to 100 days, for marbling that adds to the tenderness of the meat.
Hand-portioned by a butcher and vacuum-packed
The meat is cut by hand and then vacuum-packed to keep its qualities as well as possible.
Sutcha Prime, for special occasions
The Prime range also includes Canadian bison rump steak, beyond the usual beef selection.
Worth knowing about Sutcha
