Contraindications/Warnings

• If you have certain immune system disorders (mixed connective tissue disease and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), an immune system condition affecting connective tissue resulting in joint pain, skin discoloration, and disorders of other organs), these may have an increased risk of aseptic meningitis.
• If you have inflammatory bowel diseases, a history of gastric ulcer;
• If you have impaired renal and/or hepatic function;

Dosage and administration

Always use exactly as your doctor has told you. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

This medicine is for short-term use only. You should take the lowest dose for the shortest period necessary to relieve your symptoms.

Use in adults and adolescents weighing over 40 kg (12 years or over):

• Take 1 tablet with water, up to three times a day, as needed.
• Leave an interval of at least six hours between doses.
• Do not take more than three tablets (1200 mg of ibuprofen) in 24 hours.

Children and adolescents

Do not administer this medicine to children under 12 years of age and adolescents weighing less than 40 kg.

Special warnings

Alcohol consumption increases the risk of these side effects.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding
