Alce Nero Whole Wheat and Lentil Pasta – A delicious alternative to traditional pasta, due to its high level of protein and low level of carbohydrates.
They are made from Italian whole wheat and legumes mixed with spring water from the Dolomites.
They are a source of fiber because they contain whole wheat and a source of protein, because they contain 40% red lentils, the oldest legume cultivated by mankind.
With its copper color and delicate taste, Alce Nero whole wheat and lentil linguine is excellent served with a variety of sauces and never overcooks.

About the producer
Alce Nero was born in the 1970s, when two groups of young farmers and beekeepers decided that it was time for a change, a change that would lead to changes worldwide and that would be more than a purpose in itself.
