Instructions for use
Preheat the pan (or grill) to medium-high, grease with a little vegetable oil, then fry for 3 minutes on each side, until the burgers are nicely browned (the temperature in the thermal center of the product must be at least 73°C).
About the producer
Surprisingly, the Verdino story does not begin in pea fields. In 2019, he took a giant step, like the one on the Moon, and put the abilities of pea proteins to the test. What he created was not a product. But a market. A whole world of familiar tastes and aromas - but with something different.
