Used externally, brahmi powder is the most effective hair treatment in Ayurvedic medicine. It strengthens the hair, makes it shinier, blacker, and denser. It strengthens the hair root, thus preventing hair loss.

How to use externally for hair: mix brahmi powder with water in a bowl until you get a smooth paste. Apply the paste to the hair by massaging gently until the entire head is covered. Wait 1 hour, then rinse with water.

It also helps maintain the health of the muscular, circulatory, and reproductive systems. Suggestion for use: mix 2-4 grams (1 teaspoon) of powder with water or your favorite drink, but not in drinks hotter than 40 degrees.
