How to use externally for hair: mix brahmi powder with water in a bowl until you get a smooth paste. Apply the paste to the hair by massaging gently until the entire head is covered. Wait 1 hour, then rinse with water.
Used internally, brahmi powder is used by Ayurveda as a tonic for the nervous system, helps with concentration. It also helps maintain the health of the muscular, circulatory, and reproductive systems. Suggestion for use: mix 2-4 grams (1 teaspoon) of powder with water or your favorite drink, but not in drinks hotter than 40 degrees.
