Serving and Preparation Suggestions
Heat gently over low heat, without boiling, to preserve the creamy consistency. Serve with toasted bread or hot peppers, and sprinkle a little fresh parsley for added freshness. Ideal for a traditional Romanian meal or for moments when you want to treat yourself to an authentic taste from the Delta.

About the Producer

SC Delta Fish Distribution 2003 SRL is a company with entirely Romanian capital, founded in 2003 out of a passion for aquaculture, as a family business. The company owns a fish processing factory in Bucharest and a fish farm in the city of Sulina, Tulcea county, at the mouth of the Danube into the Black Sea.

At its Bucharest facility, it produces a wide range of high-quality fish products. Their range includes natural packaged and fresh roe, canned roe and fish, frozen fish varieties, as well as roe salads.

The products are 100% natural and are aimed at customers who appreciate quality. Production is carried out by a team of professionals with whom the company has collaborated since its establishment.

At its Sulina facility, economically valuable fish species such as sturgeon, Romanian catfish, zander, and carp are raised. The fish are grown in a natural environment, in floating cages installed at the mouth of the Danube into the Black Sea. They are fed both with small fish caught offshore and with protein feed.

The fish farm in Sulina produces part of the raw material needed for the factory in Bucharest. The entire activity is carried out with a passion for the fish farming sector, with a strong emphasis on quality, high customer needs, environmental protection, ecosystem preservation, and sustainability.
