Delta Fish Danube Sturgeon Conserve.

The product is 100% Romanian, 100% natural, manufactured by our company. The fish are raised in our own farm located in the Maritime Basin in the city of Sulina, Tulcea County. The fish were fed only with natural products (larvae, sprat, rice bran), as well as with top quality fish food.

The pieces of fish are carefully selected, cleaned and processed at a temperature of up to 100 degrees Celsius, that is, up to the boiling temperature, so that the meat retains all its taste properties and all the vitamins.

The gelatinous mass in the preserve comes only from the cartilage of the fish and apart from salt it does not contain any preservatives or food additives.

Pasteurization gives the product a long shelf life.

SC Delta Fish Distribution 2003 SRL is a company with entirely Romanian capital, founded in 2003 out of passion for fish farming, as a family business. The company owns a fish processing factory in Bucharest and a fish farm in the city of Sulina, Tulcea county, at the mouth of the Danube into the Black Sea.

At the working point in Bucharest it produces a wide range of top quality fish products. Their range consists of packaged and fresh natural caviar, caviar and fish preserves, frozen fish assortments and caviar salads.

The products are 100% natural and are addressed to the customer who appreciates quality. The production is carried out by a team of professionals with whom they have been collaborating since the foundation of the company.

At the working point in Sulina valuable fish are raised from an economic point of view from the species of sturgeon, Romanian catfish, pike perch and carp. The fish are raised in a natural environment, in floating cages installed at the mouth of the Danube into the Black Sea. They are fed both with small fish caught in the open sea and with protein food.

At the fish farm in Sulina, part of the raw material needed for the factory in Bucharest is produced. The entire activity is carried out out of passion for the fish farming sector with a strong focus on quality, the high needs of customers, environmental protection, ecosystems and sustainability.
