Pronat ECO Falatite mix of chickpea flour with spices - for pancakes

FALATITE® - ORGANIC CHICKPEA FLOUR MIX WITH SPICES - FOR PANCAKES, 250G

The name Falatite® is itself an original Pronat name, registered as a trademark at OSIM. It consists of an original mix of extra finely ground chickpea flour in the Pronat unit (at a controlled temperature below 42o C), combined with specific falafel ingredients, according to a Pronat recipe, for maximum flavor, aroma and taste. The mix contains everything you need to quickly and healthily prepare chickpea flour pancakes. Just add water and nothing else for preparation. The ingredients are: 100% certified organic, 100% naturally gluten-free, suitable for those who avoid gluten in their diet. An original 100% Pronat brand product. Vegan, ideal for fasting and for a healthy diet, easy to cook, tasty and nutritious. Falatites can be consumed in multiple ways and combinations with other foods, vegetables, meat or dairy products.

Ingredients: 90% fine chickpea flour*, 8% spice mix* (cumin*, parsley*, coriander*, garlic*, onion*, white pepper*), 2% sea salt. *=from certified organic crops. Packaged in a unit that processes: cereals with gluten, nuts, soy, peanuts, dairy products, celery, mustard, lupine.

Method of preparation: add 500 ml of water to the contents of a bag of Falatite® and homogenize. Leave to hydrate for approx. 20-30 minutes. For baking, proceed as for classic pancakes: heat the pan (diameter 20 cm) with a little oil and pour a ladle (approx. 70 ml) to obtain a falatite. In the end, you will get approx. 9 pancakes with a diameter of approx. 17 cm. Of course, if you use a larger or smaller pan, the number of pancakes may vary accordingly.
