The chickpeas are ground directly at the Bauck mill, so we can assure you that there are no traces of gluten in this product's composition.
Preparation method: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the contents of the package and stir, then set aside for 15 minutes. Stir the mixture well once more. With wet hands, form small balls (about a teaspoonful) and fry them in enough oil (in a pan or deep fryer) until golden.
Store in a dry and cool place.
