Bauckhof organic oat flour contains all components of whole grains and is certified gluten-free. Oats are naturally gluten-free. However, during cultivation, harvesting, transport, and processing, they often come into contact with gluten-containing cereal products and absorb gluten dust. For a safe and consistently gluten-free diet, small amounts of gluten contamination are sufficient to cause health problems. In our factory laboratory, each batch of oats is carefully examined for gluten. Organic oat flour is ideal for cakes, desserts, and bread. Cakes and bread made with oat flour will be fluffy and juicy. We recommend replacing 20% of the commonly used flour with oat flour. Oats are our favorite cereal here at Bauckhof Mühle.
