Preparation: In a bowl, mix the contents of a gluten-free pizza premix package with 250ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Knead well, you can add oregano or sesame to taste. Let it rest for a while, then spread the dough on a 35cm diameter baking tray lined with baking paper. Grease the dough with tomato sauce or ketchup and season to taste. Toppings can be added as desired. Place in the oven preheated to 190°C for 15-20 minutes. Store in a cool, dark place.
