ECO – BAUCKHOF GLUTEN-FREE SEMOLINA PUDDING MIX 130g (2x65g). With bourbon vanilla. Ingredients from organic farming. 2 sachets = 2x500 ml milk or 2x450 ml vegetable drink.
Preparation with milk: For 2 servings: In a bowl, mix the contents of a sachet (65 g) with 7 tablespoons of milk. Bring 500 ml of milk to a boil and when it boils, add the mixture and stir for one minute. Pour the pudding into bowls and decorate to taste.
Vegan product preparation: add a sachet of semolina pudding (65 g) to 450 ml of vegetable drink. Prepare as above. Extra tip: you can add to the composition, to taste, 100 g of raisins or 50 g of crushed walnuts or fruits - cherries or bananas in the serving bowls.
Special recipe – Red fruit jelly: boil 350 ml of red fruit juice. Add a sachet of semolina pudding (65 g) and boil, stirring constantly for about 1 minute. Add and mix 300g of frozen red fruits. The resulting jelly is left to cool and then put in the refrigerator. Alternatively, you can use 1 liter of cherry compote. The juice (350 ml) is used to obtain the jelly and the cherries instead of the red fruits.
