Transylvanian Trout (Pastrav Ardelenesc) is a specialty inspired by the gastronomic traditions of Transylvania, made from carefully selected trout, marinated before smoking in an aromatic mixture of oil, paprika, thyme, and basil. The marination process allows the spices to penetrate deep into the meat, giving the product a rich taste with slightly spicy notes and a specific aroma of traditional smoked foods. The result is an authentic dish with personality, dedicated to lovers of premium fish products.
Ready-to-eat product. It can be served cold as an appetizer, in traditional platters, salads, sandwiches, or alongside fresh vegetables and matured cheeses. It is recommended to open the packaging a few minutes before serving to fully bring out the flavors.
