Founded in 2018 in Berlin, Kolonne Null GmbH is a quality-focused non-alcoholic wine house. The company co-produces its wines together with international family wineries and uses its own laboratory for research and blending.
The dealcoholization process is carried out gently through vacuum distillation at approximately 30°C. This method is immediately followed by aroma recovery, thus preserving the natural and authentic characteristics of the wine.
Storage
Store at temperatures between 5-25°C, in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. After opening, consume within 12 weeks.
