Studio Italiano Spumante is a 0.0% dealcoholized sparkling wine, produced from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Glera harvested early to preserve their varietal characteristics. Partially vinified in stainless steel tanks and partially in large oak barrels, Spumante offers a refreshing balance between sweetness and acidity, with fine notes of yellow fruits. Produced by Kolonne Null in collaboration with family wineries from Northern Italy, it is tested for histamine, gluten-free, and vegan. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside light dishes. Serving temperature: 6–8°C. 0.0% ALC.
