Kolonne Null Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a 0.0% dealcoholized white wine, produced from organically grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes in Rueda, Spain – a region with Mediterranean and continental influences, on clayey loess soils. The 2024 harvest, marked by slow and uniform ripening, produced intense tropical aromas of passion fruit and citrus, with a refreshing acidity and a balanced sweetness. Vinified through short maceration at low temperatures and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Produced by Kolonne Null (Berlin, 2018) in collaboration with family-owned wineries in Spain. Tested for histamine, gluten-free, vegan, certified organic wine. Serving temperature: 6–8°C. 0.0% ALC.
