Studio Italiano Rosato is a 0.0% dealcoholized rosé wine, produced from Pinot Nero and Vernatsch (Schiava Grossar) from northern Italy (Veneto, dolomite soils). Matured in stainless steel tanks, Rosato develops a spicy floral bouquet with fruity aromas of red fruits and pronounced notes of rose. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with a subtle acidity and a pleasant juiciness. Produced by Kolonne Null, histamine-tested, gluten-free, vegan. The stylish companion for light dishes, salads, or for pure enjoyment on the terrace. Serving temperature: 8–10°C. 0.0% ALC.
