A member of the "team" of Rose-uri de Aur from Viticola Sarica Niculitel, whose performance began in 2017 with the silver medal obtained at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and continued in 2019 with another Gold medal at the IWCB (International Wine Contest Bucharest) and the distinction offered by Vinofed (Federation of the Great International Wine Competitions) for the most appreciated Rose in the competition.

About the producer

The Via Viticola winery is located in the oldest vineyard in Dobrogea, near the hills of Sarica and Niculitel.

Even if, in essence, the method of selecting the grapes, introducing them into the winery and the traditional methods have been preserved, the new winemaking technologies are masterfully handled by oenologists to accentuate the specific imprint of the Sarica Niculitel area.

The vision of the current owners is to restore to this jewel of Romanian viticulture the brilliance and recognition it deserves. Starting with a prestigious blazon, through dynamic strategies and a judicious re-engineering, this unique terroir regains its place among the top Romanian producers of high-quality wines day by day.

Viticola Sarica Niculitel therefore means a unique range of wines, with distinct personalities and remarkable complexity, always reminiscent of the aroma of Dobrogean summers on the edge of the Delta.

Today, Viticola - Sarica Niculitel owns a generous 400-hectare vineyard and also purchases grapes from a number of local producers.

In their new and elegant presentation, the Viticola Sarica Niculitel wines make up the perfect arpeggio, whether they are tasted in a fragrant sunset, at the water's edge, accompanying the clinking of glasses and the knowing smiles of a conversation between friends or making an equally charming pair with traditional or cosmopolitan culinary recipes.
