It is a specially selected origin for decaffeination through water, without chemical solvents. The quality of the green beans and the roasting profile place it on the shelf of tasty coffees and do not offer any indication of the lack of caffeine. Guido is a specialty coffee shop, roastery and coffee school in Bucharest.

Passion is the secret ingredient that motivated Guido to build and share his own vision through the education and experience gained in this direction over the years.

At Guido, the origins of coffee are carefully selected, and for each of them a roasting profile is tested and chosen to highlight the different natural flavors that specialty coffee reveals in everyone's cup. Guido also observes, tests and then recommends the optimal maturation period for coffees, respectively the number of days after roasting in which the beans reveal their bouquet with clarity and elegance.
