Honey Dew Melon

 A taste that you have encountered in other summers, sweet and discreetly fragrant. As juicy as it gets. Good in fruit salad with banana, mango, pineapple and strawberries, good also just sliced after it has been properly cooled, in the evening, instead of dinner, with a glass of light white wine.
