Monique Ranou ECO Puff Pastry

Recommended use
Use immediately after opening. Requires heat treatment. Not suitable for microwave oven. Do not freeze. Product packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Remove the package from the refrigerator 10 minutes before use. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Unroll the puff pastry with the baking paper and place it in a baking dish, prick it with a fork from place to place. Place the desired filling on the puff pastry, salty or sweet, according to your preference. Depending on the recipe, bake for 30-40 minutes at 200°C. Adjust the oven temperature according to the degree of browning.

About the manufacturer

"It's so good to trust a woman," said the slogan in 1986. Monique Ranou. A name that smells good reminds me of the countryside and local products. It all started in 1905, when Jean-Pierre Rannou's father founded his company in Quimperate. Corentin Berrehouc opened a butcher shop in Brittany, where ham, pasta and sausages were found. Since then, the brand has evolved and is dedicated to self-service; it remains part of this trend, which deals with a whole range of products. Monique Rannou and Intermarché signed a partnership in 1992.

In 1998, Monique Rannou decided to transfer her business, and the group bought the company because no member of the Rannou family wanted to take over the business.
