Cinnamon is the sweet ingredient that adds extra flavor and benefits to many dishes and goes perfectly with our organic blueberry jam, which preserves the variety of benefits it offers to the body when consumed regularly.
Among the many vitamins and minerals found in both fresh blueberries and jam are A, B6, C, E, K, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, but what is truly valuable for the body is the large amount of antioxidants in these fruits. Store at temperatures below 25ºC, in the original packaging, protected from moisture and light. After opening, it must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within a maximum of 15 days.
