With a mahogany red colour, Vermouth Yzaguirre Reserva Rosu is very aromatic, velvety and pleasant to the taste, with woody, herbal and spicy notes reminiscent of ripe fruit. Its initial aroma is very tasty and balanced, in perfect harmony with its acidity. It is aged for twelve months in oak barrels, which gives it consistency and character. It was voted the best vermouth in Spain in 2023.
Serving recommendation
As a daily aperitif or mid-afternoon drink. Excellent long drink combined with 3 or 4 ice cubes, a slice of orange with peel and a fresh mint leaf. Ideal for meat or game stews, seafood paella or pastries.
About the producer
Since its foundation in 1884, Yzaguirre has been making its products in accordance with traditional methods and exclusive formulas that are the secret of their aromas and flavours, at the same time innovating and updating the processes that underline the high quality of all its products.
This commitment to quality has facilitated the company's expansion in both the Spanish and international markets, and we now have a presence in 35 countries in Europe, Asia, America and Africa.
At our winery Bodegas Yzaguirre in El Morell, between Reus and Tarragona, we follow a meticulous production process to make our range of Yzaguirre vermouths: Classic, Reserva (aged in oak barrels for one or two years), Premium Rose and Francisco Simo y Cia. , the latter being made following our other traditional formula. We also make a wide range of top-quality sangria, fortified wines, sweet-bitter dressings and red wines from our own vineyards in D.O. Costers del Segre.
We invite you to savour all the aromas that we obtain from the most select grape varieties and from our secret mixtures of herbs and spices. Each palate will be able to identify its favourite aroma: the sweetness of cinnamon or vanilla, the slightly bitter taste of oregano from Crete and quinine, the exotic aromas of cardamom, gentian and coriander or the fiery warmth of nutmeg.

At the same time, it has been innovated so as not to give up improving the high quality of the range.

A Yzaguirre vermouth for every taste: the sweetness of cinnamon or vanilla, the bitter aromas of oregano from Crete, the aromas of cardamom, gentian or coriander; or the burning taste of nutmeg.
