A perfect example of pure Amarone wine, which will have much to offer today and in the next 10 years. It is obtained from Corvina Veronese 50%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 30%, Oseleta 5%, carefully selected from the vineyards on the hills, from the historic Valpolicella Classico area: La Groletta and Conca d'Oro. With a very intense ruby red color, it reveals intense and clean scents of very ripe cherry, black cherry, berries followed by fresh and slightly spicy tones. The taste is dry and soft at the same time, enveloping and of great balance due to the excellent balance between acidity and tannins. The whole tasting is embellished with a very pleasant tannic texture, which fades towards a finish of excellent persistence, with light notes of red fruits. The elegance and structure recommend it to be consumed with game, red meat or mature cheeses. It is also an ideal accompaniment for long conversations.
