Description

You're reading an Auto-translation.

ZEN·VITA KOMBUCHA is a healthy and beneficial drink for the body, prepared by fermenting sweetened tea with a kombucha mushroom (culture of bacteria and yeasts).

During the fermentation period, the culture consumes part of the sugar and caffeine from the tea, transforming the sweetened tea into a refreshing, slightly carbonated drink, which naturally contains organic acids, probiotics, antioxidants, vitamins, and enzymes.

Taste - balanced between sweet and sour, with a slightly spicy note from ginger.

What tasters say - “it's similar to elderflower cordial”!

About the producer

I am Iulia Suciu and I am the founder of Zenvita Kombucha.
Born in Sibiu and a Bucharest resident after choosing my university, a few years after moving away from my mother's daily cooking, I started having digestive problems.

One day, I decided to look for healthy recipes and start cooking. No sooner said than done, after many unsuccessful experiments, culminating in towers of dirty dishes, I managed to learn to cook healthier. The most interesting part of this whole adventure was when I discovered kombucha. How? I was watching a video made by a nutritionist, who also had a website with vegan recipes. In this clip, she talked about 5 types of foods she consumes daily, including probiotics. These probiotics are found naturally in various foods such as yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kombucha, or pickles.
Let me tell you a little about kombucha: it is a fermented drink prepared from water, tea, sugar, and a culture of yeasts and bacteria. This culture transforms sweetened tea into a slightly carbonated drink, rich in probiotics, organic acids, and antioxidants
