Pellegrino Diantha White wine

Diantha Bianco Terre Siciliane IGT is an elegant white wine, produced from a blend of indigenous Sicilian Grillo and Malvasia grapes, cultivated in the Petrosino and Mazara del Vallo areas, with clay-calcareous-sandy soils and a warm, ventilated Mediterranean climate. The wine reflects the over 135-year tradition of Cantine Pellegrino, which combines local expertise with modern winemaking methods.

With a straw yellow color with green reflections, Diantha surprises with the aromatic intensity of fruits, especially pears, intertwined with delicate floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine. The taste is dry, balanced, fresh, and moderately persistent, with a slight pétillant note that gives it an airy and pleasant character.

The wine is ideally served chilled between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius and is an excellent choice alongside fish dishes, seafood, light fritture, or pasta with vegetables and shrimp, perfectly highlighting the freshness and flavors of Sicily.
