SOCULENT, a delicious choice without regrets, which also offers you the satisfaction of
supporting not only a traditional preparation that deserves to be carried forward, but also a
small Romanian business that aims to make fermented elderflower drink known
throughout Europe.

Our production process is so slow that it takes approximately two
weeks. This is how the name was born: SOCU-LENT. There is no room for shortcuts.
We let the elderflowers from Transylvania follow their own rhythm and honor
the Transylvanian spirit.

Fermented foods are associated with numerous health benefits.
SOCULENT does not contain alcohol, but for a little guilty pleasure, it can be used in
different combinations – with gin, vodka, or prosecco. It is the ideal ingredient for
various cocktails.

SOCULENT is a product of Fermentit SRL., a Romanian start-up born from
a passion for botanical, naturally fermented non-alcoholic soft drinks. We are
a small team with experience in gastronomy, entrepreneurship, and product development.
