Who are we?

Sweetology was born from a simple idea and a lot of courage: to bring to Bucharest cheesecake and artisanal gelato made correctly, like in Italy, with clean ingredients and flavors that stay with you. In 2018, we started as two, with our own savings and a lot of enthusiasm, in an area of Piața Amzei where "nothing was working". Today, the area is full of life, and we have three stores and our own production laboratory.

Sweetology means a small but passionate team, a laboratory with glass walls where anyone can see how tens of kilograms of fruit are squeezed or how today's sorbet is created for tomorrow's display. It means customers who tell us "Welcome back!" and always return, because they know that here they find clean products, made as if for them.

Furthermore, we differentiate ourselves through authenticity: everything we do is local, with Romanian capital, with attention to quality and respect for the customer. We don't aim to do "a bit of everything", but to perfect what we love most – ice cream and cheesecake.

For us, Sweetology is not just a dessert. It's a story about passion, perseverance, and the simple joy of offering something #GoodAndGenuine.
