The organic Alce Nero tomato sauce is made from tomatoes grown in Italy.
The tomatoes are harvested in July, August and September and are processed to preserve their aromas, fragrance and nutritional properties.
The tomatoes are selected, washed and steam-peeled before being pureed, sieved and concentrated.
Alce Nero organic puree contains no additives or added salt.
Storage conditions
Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 3-4 days.
About the producer
Alce Nero was born in the 1970s, when two groups of young farmers and beekeepers decided that it was time for a change, a change that would lead to changes worldwide and that would be more than an end in itself.
Thus began a story of responsibility and innovation, a story that did not remain singular, but acted as a bridge between many such stories, each with its own identity. Eventually, these stories came together in a single voice.
