About the producer

Alce Nero was born in the 1970s, when two groups of young farmers and beekeepers decided that it was time for a change, a change that would lead to changes worldwide and that would be more than an end in itself.
Thus began a story of responsibility and innovation, a story that did not remain singular, but acted as a bridge between many such stories, each with its own identity. Eventually, these stories came together in a single voice.
