ECO Parsnip root

Parsnip with a slightly milky taste and hints of sugar in organic quality. Parsnip is very similar to parsley root. The difference is mainly in the taste, which is much milder than parsley.

Usage:
Parsnip can be eaten cooked, baked, fried or stewed. It is added to soups and sauces and is an ideal side dish for meat. It is also suitable for mashed potatoes, chicken or puree.

Storage:
It is always better to store parsnip in a towel or in a paper bag. Store in the refrigerator at 5°C.
