Impress any audience and be ready for an excellent culinary experience, in just a few minutes. The beef,  cooked slowly at a constant temperature, less than 100 0C, is ready in just 25 minutes. Enjoy a juicy and tender meat and get ready to receive compliments effortlessly!

Storage conditions
Keep refrigerated at +5 - +7°C. After opening the product, consume within 24 hours.

Preparation suggestion
Oven (with convection) - 180 °C, for 25 minutes: remove the plastic film, place the beef in a heat-resistant container and place in the preheated oven, on the middle shelf.
Microwave oven: remove the plastic film, place the beef in a covered container and heat at 900 watts for 4 minutes or at 600 watts for 10 minutes.
Can also be cooked on the grill.

Serving suggestion

Unfold the meat into strips, using 2 forks. Serve as a roast with your favorite garnish or cut the meat into thick slices and serve in a burger or sandwich, along with sliced vegetables. See more preparation and serving suggestions on www.food&glory.com.
