Miil Mozzarella

Miil Mozzarella is a soft, unripened cheese brined in a salt solution, with a mild, slightly sweet taste. It has a high moisture content, which makes it ideal for melting. During production, emphasis is placed on a clean, milky taste and distinctive fibres. The cheese is made from cow's milk.
Fat content in dry matter min. 42%. Dry matter content min. 34%.     

Use
Mozzarella is suitable for direct consumption or for use in warm cooking. Mozzarella is often used on pizza, in sandwiches and salads and can also be combined well with tomatoes, basil and olive oil.

Store at a temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C. Use the opened package immediately.
