Miil Mini Mozzarella

Miil Mini Mozzarella is a soft, uncooked and stretched cheese in a salty brine, in the shape of cherry tomato-sized balls. During production, emphasis is placed on a clean, milky taste and distinctive fibres. The cheese is made from cow's milk and shaped into small balls.

Fat content in dry matter min. 42%. Dry matter content min. 34%.

Usage

Mini mozzarella is a versatile cheese that can be eaten as a snack, appetiser or added as an ingredient to many dishes. It can be combined with various ingredients such as tomatoes, basil and olive oil and can be added to salads, sandwiches, pizzas and other dishes. Mini Mozzarella is excellent for pasta or risotto that require a creamy and stringy texture. They are also popular for party bowls and appetisers, can be grilled and barbecued with vegetables, herbs or meat to create an easy, elegant and delicious appetiser.
