San Delicio Wholemeal bread with flax seeds

Wholemeal bread contains the nutrients from the whole wheat grain. The crust is ground and so the flour has a different taste than white flour. Wholemeal bread is denser than white flour breads.

We have strived to find the most representative values that define our activity. It was not easy, but we feel that the effort will be richly rewarded. We continued to search and search, until we were left with the most representative of them. And they are so dear to us that we decided to make them the pillars of the San Delicio brand.

Artisan

We work artisanally, we touch the dough with our hands. We feel it, we know it, we encourage it. Because only if you learn to listen to what it has to tell you can it develop harmoniously. And when the time is right for baking, we put it in the oven piece by piece so that it can bake and become real bread. The bread that takes some of us back in time, far, far away, by ovens and grandparents among the joys of childhood.

No additives

We like natural ingredients. We like to know what we eat and we like bread to be bread. Thinking that there are others like us who appreciate honest products and who do not like food additives, who want to see the letter E only as the abbreviated form of the verb to be in the third person singular, we have chosen to develop our products with natural ingredients. We looked for the mill that does not know how to put improvers in flour, suppliers of olives that use preservation processes in salt or in oil without other nonsense. We take nuts and seeds directly from the producers. This is how we make sure that we can make a product without food additives.
