This processed meat, like all Sienese processed meats, is produced with selected meat, and the addition of pistachios gives it a taste of the highest quality.
It is characterized by a finely diced fat, which highlights the very high quantity of selected lean meat used in production. Among the flavors: salt, pepper, truffles. The intense aroma of the truffle is well balanced by the delicacy of the meat.

Serving suggestion
As an appetizer: it is recommended to taste it with a strong red wine, on a cutting board, accompanied by cheeses and fruit.
As a sandwich: perfect for filling a sandwich.

About the company:
It all started in 1925, from a small dairy in the old town of Siena. Since then, for the people of Siena, the name Morbidi has become synonymous with "eating well". Over the years, the Morbidi family has always been able to innovate and rise to the challenges, and in the 1940s, we started working with pork, followed by sheep's milk, in accordance with the oldest local traditions. Over the generations, we have grown into a modern business, with a keen eye for sustainability and a short supply chain, but we have never forgotten where we started: in a wonderful place that remains ready to welcome anyone passing through the heart of Siena.
