The whole plant is penetrated with efficient essential oil, which contains components such as sulfur and ammonia. It contains vitamin C, phytoncides, bitters, is a natural antibiotic, antioxidant and a powerful source of vitamin C.

Use: Green garlic is used for both hot and cold dishes. Freshly chopped, it is an essential condiment for white soup, sauces, meats, most often used in salads, but also as a garnish for meat and the like. The taste of garlic is milder than that of kitchen garlic, it has a soft texture and a slightly spicy taste.

Storage: If you want to keep it, the best way is to make a sauce or freeze it. It can also be dried, but it loses its smell and some healthy substances.
