Pork roll made from pork belly and loin, tender and juicy, filled with sweet pepper flakes which, when fried, release the intense aroma of roasted peppers.
Vacuum-packed product: the color and smell may be influenced by the packaging method. They return to normal after 15 minutes of opening the package.
It is recommended to consume the product within 24 hours of opening the package. To be heat treated before consumption.

Either on the grill for a crispy crust and smoky flavors, or in the oven for tenderness and preserved juices, it becomes a delicious feast.
About the Producer
The idea of this business was born from the desire to give life to a new, modern, premium concept of butcher shop and butcher shop through which to be different, starting from the appearance of the shops to new cuts of meat, ready to cook recipes, ready to eat, matured products but also traditional products such as mici/sausages/pastrami.
