The old traditions from the Transylvania region related to viticulture and wine production are carefully preserved and carried on by Jidvei. The recent history of the brand began more than 20 years ago with the privatization of the company. Over 20 years that marked the transition to a modern stage of viticulture in the Tarnave vineyard.

Jidvei owns the largest single-owner vineyard in Romania and Europe, spanning an area of 2,500 hectares right in the heart of Transylvania. The Group's four wineries, located in Jidvei, Tauni, Blaj, and Balcaciu, have an impressive storage capacity of over 35 million liters and some of the most modern technologies in Romania.

In dry, ventilated rooms, with a maximum relative air humidity of 85%, at a temperature between +5°C...+20°C.
