The extra virgin olive oil base is extracted from a blend of European olives, cultivated in Spain, Greece, Italy, and Portugal, harvested between November and December. Casa Rinaldi chose to use an extra virgin olive oil base because it is capable of perfectly highlighting the organoleptic characteristics of many ingredients.
