Guava Banana is a lot already well-known in Europe – and not without reason – we started bringing it in during the 2022–2023 season and were pleasantly surprised by how it maintained its quality over time, consistently delivering new harvests. It comes from our good friends at the El Vergel farm, a place we’ve already visited twice. It is an anaerobically fermented Caturra varietal and represents the perfect choice for those seeking bold acidity as well as a chocolatey profile full of sweetness.
