Description: KURAC is a pharmaceutical preparation with a unique formula based on Benzoyl Peroxide, indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Thanks to its active principles, KURAC eliminates pimples, reduces local inflammation, and prevents the multiplication of bacteria that cause acne, with visible results from the first weeks of treatment. It does not contain antibiotics that can promote the development of bacterial resistance, nor pharmaceutical retinoids, being well tolerated even by patients with sensitive, acne-prone skin.
Action: Clinically proven efficacy; Benzoyl Peroxide 4% - eliminates pimples, prevents the multiplication of bacteria that cause acne, reduces seborrhea and inflammation; Zinc Sulfate 1% - reduces excessive sebum secretion, antibacterial effect; Retinol 0.5% - eliminates whiteheads and blackheads, promotes better penetration of the product into the pilosebaceous follicle; Mandelic Acid 1% - gentle exfoliating agent with keratolytic and antibacterial effect; Glycyrrhetinic Acid and Phytosphingosine - substances with moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effects.
Indications: Local treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris
Method of administration: After cleansing the area with a specific product, apply the cream to the areas requiring treatment, 1-2 applications per day for a minimum of 1 month.
Precautions: In general, KURAC is well tolerated. However, in some cases, local erythema, pruritus, or excessive skin dryness may occur. Prolonged use of the product may lead to excessive sensitization of the area, in which case treatment discontinuation is recommended. Inform your doctor of any unpleasant manifestations that occur during treatment. Treated areas should not be exposed to sun or artificial sources of UV radiation. Avoid contact of the product with eyes or nasal and oral mucous membranes; if the product comes into contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water. Do not apply the product to children under 12 years of age.
Warnings: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's components. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not apply to open lesions. Do not use if the tube is damaged. Consult your doctor before using the product together with other topical preparations.
Special storage precautions: Store the product in a cool place, at temperatures below 40°C, away from direct heat sources or sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
