Hartmann Medicomp Extra sterile non-woven compresses are designed for professional wound care and dressing. This pack contains 25 pieces of 6-ply compresses measuring 7.5x7.5 cm. Made from a soft blend of 70% viscose and 30% polyester, they offer high absorption capacity and excellent air permeability. They are completely safe, containing no optical brighteners or binding agents.

Medicomp - Non-woven compresses in 6 layers
Absorbent compresses made of non-woven material. They are used as a secondary dressing for wounds with moderate and abundant secretions, for tamponade in surgical bleeding, for wound protection in cases of drainage and tracheotomies. Available in various forms (sterile, non-sterile, in 6 layers)
Compresses made of soft, non-woven material with a gauze-like structure, with high absorbency and air permeability.
Medicomp compresses do not contain binding agents and optical brighteners; available in different folding variants, sterile and non-sterile.
