About the producer
The Toto butcher shop and the Tataran farm were founded in 1996, out of the desire to offer healthy animal products.
Since the beginning of their meat processing activity, they have focused only on healthy, traditional products, without food additives. It specializes primarily in the production of pork products from the Mangalita and Bazna breeds. The pigs are raised in a traditional and ecological system, with natural food, thus obtaining meat of exceptional quality and flavor, continuing the Romanian traditions. They also own a micro-farm of free-range chickens and capons.
