Miil Emmental, a full-fat natural cheese in a block. It is a semi-hard, matured cheese made from pasteurized milk.
The cheese is matured for you for up to 8 weeks at 3 different temperatures to achieve the typical Emmental flavour, which is known for its delicate fruity and slightly nutty flavour. Up to 11 litres of cow's milk are used to produce 1 kg of this cheese.
Miil Emmental is produced in the Czech Republic from milk, which is largely from Pošumaví. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Fat content in dry matter min. 45%. Dry matter content min. 60%.
Use
Emmental can be enjoyed on a cheese platter with a fresh baguette and fruit. But it can also be used in warm cuisine.
