Averesti Diamond Semi-sweet Busuioaca de Averesti Rose

At Averesti, through the careful cultivation of several Busuioaca biotypes, seductive wines are born, characterized by freshness, taste intensity, and aroma quality that set the reference standard for this variety. Vineyard identity

    Located in the Dealurile Moldovei wine region, the Husi vineyard, which includes the Domeniile Averesti wine center, stands out from other vineyards with a very well-defined identity, characterized by:

1. an ancient history, with uninterrupted continuity in producing quality wines,

2.   a unique terroir,

3. the most typical expressiveness of the Busuioaca de Bohotin variety,

4. the only area where the 100% Romanian variety, Zghihara de Husi, is still cultivated, gastronomic wines (high acidity).

    The Husi vineyard is located in the southeastern part of the Central Moldavian Plateau, between the Crasna valley to the west and the Prut valley to the east, specifically between the 45º 51’ parallel to the north and the 46º 31’ parallel to the south. The vine plantations are geographically situated in the Husi Depression to the east, in the Crasna-Lohan Hills area to the west, at the northern extremity of the Falciu Hills to the south, and particularly on the slopes between the aforementioned hills.

Storage conditions

Protected from sunlight, in an environment with relative humidity of 60-80% and temperatures between 8 and 12⁰C.
Well chilled (8-10°C), it can be enjoyed at any time of the day, both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fish dishes, seafood, white meat, as well as platters of soft matured cheeses.
