Composition. The active substances in Coldrex Lemon are paracetamol, ascorbic acid, and phenylephrine hydrochloride. Each sachet contains paracetamol 750 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 60 mg. Dosage and administration.

Coldrex Lemon is administered as a hot drink. Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug, add hot water, and stir well. Add cold water if necessary.

Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 12 years and over.

The recommended dose is one sachet every 4 or 6 hours, as needed. Do not take more than 5 sachets in 24 hours. The minimum interval between doses must be 4 hours.
